Homemade Swedish Pancakes
Swedish pancakes are a favorite weekend breakfast in our house. My husband started making them when our girls were little, and they still request them for their birthday breakfasts. The best part is the batter comes together with just a few quick, staple ingredients you likely already have at home.

Ingredients needed are:
- flour
- eggs
- milk
- melted butter
- sugar
- salt
What Is The Difference Between Swedish Pancakes And Crepes?
There are a couple differences. Swedish pancakes originated from Sweden while crepes come from France. Swedish pancakes are a bit smaller and thicker than crepes. Crepes can be served with either savory or sweet fillings, but Swedish pancakes are usually served sweet as a breakfast.
Some people roll up Swedish pancakes and some fold them in quarters. Either way they are sure to be delicious!
